I purchased Windows 10 several years ago with a USB drive included. Now I’m considering installing Windows 10 myself, thinking about formatting the USB and adding a fresh ISO to bypass updates. However, the drive is protected by write protection, and I can’t format it. My goal is to use their product for installation. I’ve tried various ways to remove the protection, but none have worked.

Yes. My uncle has one, and I've attempted all options including a Low Level Format, but haven't succeeded yet.
