The motherboard you're using has three USB2.0 ports. When you plug your USB flash drive into the front panel's USB2.0 port, it doesn't appear in the system. Switching to the USB_E34 and USB_E12 slots works fine. This suggests the SP_USB11 slot might be faulty or not functioning properly.

I link the front panel connections to the remaining two ports (E12, E34) and my U disk functions properly.

A,B and C are all USB 2.0 connectors, noted as #12 in the guide.
