Hi there, thanks for reaching out. I’m still getting the hang of PC building and this situation is really confusing. A couple days ago I played a game and suddenly my screen froze. I had to turn off the power button on the case and then try to restart it, but it only came back up after a few seconds. I’ve reset the CMOS and shorted jbat1, but I read somewhere that B450 Tomahawk models can have problems with dead motherboards. The only thing lighting up is the CPU indicator on the board. I’m not sure what to do next. IMG_3997.MP4
It's generally recommended to provide complete system details when seeking assistance so others can offer the most effective guidance. P.S., a non-functioning device likely won't yield any results—no lighting, no cooling fans, etc.—so full specifications are essential for proper advice.
Your setup looks solid but there are a few things to check. The GPU is a high-end model, but ensure it matches your system's requirements. The CPU is a Ryzen 7 3700X with an overclocked boost, which should work well. The cooler and RAM specs also seem appropriate. The NVMe SSD and PSU are rated for performance. After resetting the CMOS and updating JBat 1, try booting again. If it still doesn’t start, verify all connections and consider a system check.
