I've got a setup with a 3600X, B450M Mortar Max and 2x8GB 3600MHz RAM working smoothly with XMP. I think you could achieve 3600MHz on the Aorus too (though I’d suggest choosing the Mortar because its VRM is much better). With a Zen 2/3 CPU, you shouldn’t run into problems using 3600MHz, especially with two sticks. The situation changes with a Zen or Zen+ CPU though. You might also want to check a memory kit listed in the motherboard’s memory specifications to be extra sure it will work without issues.

Consider your needs carefully. The MSI Mortar Max fits well with your setup, and the Team Group Excalibur 16GB (2x8GB) at 3600MHz should work nicely for your requirements.
