I've adjusted my i7 9700k to 5.1ghz using loadline turbo and set the voltage to 1.200. The unusual behavior is that it blue-screened when I raised the voltage to 1.25 but not at 1.2. Right now, it stays idle around 35–40°C.

More voltage doesn't always mean greater stability, even though it often does. In this case, all core isn't exceptional, but achieving 1.2 volts during testing was impressive enough.

CPU performance drops when temperatures rise. Increased voltage likely caused more heat, reducing stability. Idle periods aren't critical. Monitor stability during operation. How extensive is the stability testing?

^. When it's stable, that's a positive point. But if it only starts up without passing any stress tests... it feels pretty irrelevant.
