Do you have XMP activated? Have you attempted a driver reinstallation?

It's typical. The 5700X3D might perform significantly better in certain situations. This channel has produced some helpful content about stutters—I recommend checking it out.

XMP activated with SAM turned on, all components working (no overclocking). Running the newest GPU and chipset drivers, latest BIOS installed. Restarted Windows using DDU multiple times; CMOS bios remains unchanged. Still experiencing stutters and high CPU activity!

XMP activated SAM allowed all features (no overclocking) with the newest GPU and chipset drivers. Updated BIOS was applied, Windows reinstalled using DDU multiple times, CMOS bios remains unchanged. Still experiencing stutters and high CPU activity!

Standard setup. If the GPU isn't running at full capacity as intended, there must be factors limiting performance—such as game design choices for CPU usage, CPU limitations, VSync settings, frame rate restrictions, memory speed issues, etc. The Ryzen 5000 and RX6000 were released around the same time, making them quite compatible, though you might notice a lower resolution display.

However, I wouldn't expect any issues if there weren't any delays!

Your CPU is the limiting factor. The GPU seems underutilized, which might be due to older software like NFS or games such as Cyberpunk and TLOU. How are your frames per second? Do you notice lag when running demanding titles?

FPS varies between 79 and 110 based on location. Currently in Space Marine 2, I experience stutters but performance is much better than NFS. High-ultra settings give 52-70 FPS with GPU usage at 89-97% and CPU at 75-89%.
