Lately things have felt off – I'm seeing higher fan speeds than usual, even when I'm just using my desktop and playing games. I'm running a Thermalright Assassin with two Noctua NF-A12x25s, and the setup worked well until now. My CPU stays at a max of 220 watts on both PL1 and PL2, but it can drop to 307 when I enable the other option for 220 watts. Some strange occurrences: an NVME drive caused Windows to boot into repair mode, even on the older board; lower temperatures during Cinebench r24 at 220 watts compared to around 170 watts while playing GTA Online; logging into the GPU driver resets the screen briefly before it returns; and GTA Online crashes my PC with a black screen, forcing me to press power off. When I play GTA Online, the CPU throttles for a few seconds even at full 2K RPM fan speed. These are the temperatures recorded while running Cinebench r24.
