Since it's been quarantined, I wanted to try something creative. I considered transferring my SSD from an older notebook into my PC as the main drive, replacing the current HDD. The SSD already has Windows installed along with one game and a few photos. The main question is whether I need to wipe the SSD first before installing Windows or if I can simply connect it and run the existing Windows installation with all the files?

Restarting Windows is sufficient; no full data erasure required.

You have the option, but it's not advisable. This leads to driver conflicts.
