Only the motherboard matters. Swapping an SSD and reinstalling Windows on the same board should work again. Perhaps without using a Microsoft account and on a board without built-in BIOS keys, it might reactivate. Even then, it should be straightforward—just insert the key and click activate. @FatRambo45 You're all set. A GPU change won't cause this to fail, and even if it does, you can easily get it back online.
