Purchase a $3 key from eBay, visit Microsoft, and they’ll let you burn the ISO onto a USB drive using your key. Please note that Ebay keys are typically used once per Windows reinstall. I’ve only reviewed the process after checking Microsoft’s site, as I usually rely on my own ISO and activation methods.

I just spoke to the call center and turned it back on after swapping parts. I’ve never faced issues except with thick accents.
