Hey! If you opt for an installation media and select the "I don't have a product key" choice, Windows 10 Home won’t include the watermark. Using that setup should let you install Windows 10 Pro without the watermark, even with the original key. Just make sure to follow the installation steps carefully.

A fresh license is required; it’s available through various providers. You won’t have to reinstall the operating system. The license grants access to extra features, which are installed automatically.
