The throttles are behaving erratically. After changing the voltage settings in XTU, everything is working properly now—boosting at 3.8 for the single core and 3.4 for all cores. You don’t need to keep XTU running continuously to maintain the undervolt; closing it should preserve the setting without risk of loss.

XTU restarts after a crash. You're safe until then.

You can fully shut it down and the undervolt sticks. After restarting it this month following the undervolt adjustment in August, it kept throttling, so I had to reset everything from scratch.

Store the configurations and it should work. Verify the numbers carefully. Did you run stress tests on these settings? My sister’s 7300u stayed stable at -120V but failed in Prime95, ending up at -110V. Going below -120V is a rare occurrence—it's the maximum most CPUs can handle.

Stable performs well across various tests including -150 temperature, xtu stress test, cinebench r15, cinebench+furmark, and cyberpunk 2077. Still, it keeps loading the default profile after each restart—really frustrating. I need to re-enable it every time.

Intel XTU has consistently struggled with consistent undervolt application. Even when the system indicates everything is fine, inspecting CPU registers or using HWiNFO reveals the undervolt hasn't been applied. ThrottleStop avoids this issue. Set your offset undervolt for both the CPU core and cache. https://www.techpowerup.com/download/tec...ottlestop/ You'll need to add ThrottleStop to your Windows startup via Task Scheduler. It may require some effort, but it ensures you never miss applying the undervolt. The tool also offers features XTU lacks to tackle Dell's typical throttling concerns.
