You're really confused. Even basic tasks feel frustrating. The Skype Windows app is broken and doesn't work at all, no Snaps, third-party apps fail, and even browsing on Baconit crashes. Plex is unreliable. I used it for three months because I was new to smartphones—it was simple and easy. Now I dislike it completely.
It appeared to be a good phone back then, but eventually they stopped supporting MixRadio.
I own a 640, actually I really like it though. As I mentioned, the app support and Cortana aren't great. Cortana doesn't work in Australia either, which means you can't download the voice pack because it keeps crashing.
