They don’t have a PC port, which means they aren’t included in GamePass. Owning an Xbox One would make them backward compatible with discs, though I’m not aware of a reliable emulator for the Xbox 360.

Metal Gear Solid 2 Substance refers to the versions available for PC and Xbox. For Metal Gear Solid 3, it was not released on PC.

They seem indifferent to home video titles now. If they cared, they wouldn’t have damaged their ties with Kojima that way.
