At maximum load? Or just idling? If nothing is being done, it should function properly. The CPU adjusts its speed—slowing down to conserve energy and speeding up when more power is required. So on streaming, it might run near 1GHz, while gaming demands around 4GHz if needed.

ah that makes sense thanks. So at the moment, I am waiting for a GPU hoping for the 3060 ti. Once I have bought that I want to overclock the cpu but I'm not sure what cooler to go with. I will probably spend around £60-75 ($80 - 100) I know that this isn't the cooling section but what what would be a decent AIO to go with? ARGB Would be awesome but not a must
