I secured an excellent offer on the Crucial Ballistix 3200C16 (E die) RAM, but I don’t have a PC to try it out. Can I purchase the RAM today, add it to Crucial, and use it for the first time between late February and mid-March? If it turns out faulty, can I return it through RMA since I’ve already registered it and the return window has passed? I’m unable to afford a motherboard, CPU, or power supply to test the RAM, so I’m considering buying it now and using it later.

The warranty lasts three years, I think. It should definitely cover more than just a few months. As long as you get a DDR4 motherboard, it shouldn’t cause any issues.

It works whenever you need it. It stays good even after a long time.

I'm feeling anxious because the return window might end, and what if the purchase date is two months behind and I'm only returning now?

If the items become defective after ten years, they can be replaced free of charge.
