Hi, I have an older ASUS X550C. I installed a SSD to slightly improve its speed and switched it to Windows 7 instead of the current Windows 8. There’s no way to change the boot order settings, so I can only delete the boot option. Is it possible to remove that deletion and then adjust the boot order, setting the first drive as USB before installing Windows normally? Thank you.

Confirm. Adhere to the steps provided. Press the Win %2B R key to launch, then tap the Delete button. (Refer to the attached image.) Additionally, besides deletion, keep the Shift key pressed while clicking Restart on your computer. This will choose the USB drive displayed during reboot.
