I don't see a PSU in your area that offers both 4-pin and 8-pin connectors for the motherboard you're interested in. The motherboard you want should have an 8-pin and a 4-pin for the CPU.

It would also be worth mentioning that the extra four pins aren't necessary for the PC to operate. When you're not using a very powerful CPU such as a Threadripper or one with many cores, you won't gain any benefit.
