It's best to avoid that action since SSDs can wear out quickly from frequent writes. The impact on speed should be minimal as long as your RAM is fast and plentiful.

It runs on DDR4 1866Mhz with 8GB RAM, which is limited for a setup where graphics and system memory are shared. Cache usage shouldn't impact write cycles. The same write workload would go to the SSD, while RAM acts as cache if the SSD struggles, which isn't a major concern. I also have an HDD that consumes significant RAM during write caching.
