Hello, I've managed to pull out the Windows installation files from my Windows 7 Repair DVD. It's roughly 200-300 MB, but it doesn't include the file install.wim. My concern is whether that file shows up in C:\$WINDOWS~.BT or elsewhere in Windows 7 after an update or any changes. I'm worried because my internet connection is very slow—sometimes it drops to zero and I have to restart everything. I don't want to face repeated download failures, like when I tried to get install.wim for Windows Vista about two months ago. Any advice would be appreciated?
