Forza Horizon 3 frequently crashes, and it seems game mode might be linked to the issue. I looked in the settings and game bar, but no game mode appears to exist. It’s possible Microsoft has removed it in a recent update. You’re using the latest Windows version, and you’ve checked for updates multiple times.

Ensure Windows 10 Creators Update is present. Check your version details at the provided link. Without build 1703 or newer, you're missing it. Upgrade using the Media Creation Tool available on Microsoft's site.
