I recall weapon tweaks being demonstrated in MGS5 prior to its launch, but it isn’t available in the game. Are there methods to attach accessories like silencers to guns that don’t come pre-installed?

Most weapons and gear follow a step-by-step upgrade path, with certain firearms offering add-ons such as silencers, barrels, and sights. This isn't the same everywhere, and it doesn't match the expectations in games like Battlefield or Call of Duty. EDIT: After you capture and use a specific enemy with unique abilities, you gain the freedom to fully personalize every weapon to your liking. Go ahead!
