I haven't used ASRock much, but I saw the X570 Steel-Legend. Is it good for overclocking and delivering power? Is the BIOS user-friendly? And how does it compare to the ROG-StriX X570-F-GAMING? Should I pay more for something better from ASUS? *for gaming

I wouldn't choose an X570 board unless you specifically require PCIe 4.0. I'd suggest a B450 model such as the TOMAHAWK MAX, which is among the top B450 options and ideal for overclocking.
