you can but different chipsets go to different limits and there's a lottery on the exact stable settings it will be some number that says "266" in the bios

And raising the bus speed lets you go beyond 1067mhz. You're referring to the RAM slots, not the clock speeds. The CPU might reach 133, 166, 200 MHz or more depending on the frequency. The FSB boost will also overclock the processor, chipset, and memory.
