Basic needs for the system are outlined. Running Windows 8.1 is sufficient, but if uncertain, the software will verify compatibility. Required specs include a processor at 1 GHz or higher, RAM of 1 GB (32-bit) or 2 GB (64-bit), at least 16 GB of free disk space, a graphics card supporting Microsoft DirectX 9 with WDDM driver, an active Microsoft account, and internet access.

It should fit within ~3.5 GB. However, the 64-bit edition can also be installed using the same key.

It seems the system is still around 3GB in size. With a 64-bit Windows 10 installation and only 2GB of RAM, it should be manageable.

Your USB storage is just 4GB, which is quite limited for most tasks.

I also have an extra E-HDD available. I’ll use that one. By the way, the MS site suggests launching setup.exe from the installer, but it seems you’d need an operating system to do that.
