I have the hardware setup listed: a Biostar tb 250 btc with 250GB SSD, 4GB RAM, DDR4 memory, G4400T CPU, 850W power supply, Neo-neo fan, and no display output from the motherboard or external GPU. The keyboard and mouse are not connected via USB, but the GPU fan is running and the CPU fan is spinning—no beep sounds.

Join the discussions! Have you attempted to reset the CMOS? Try removing the button cell battery for about 10 seconds while the computer is off, then reinstall it.
