Before you share your feedback "I reviewed this manual thoroughly, going through each instruction carefully. I updated this guide completely and adhered to all the steps provided. The reason I’m sharing this is because I require urgent assistance." My computer fails to power on after cleaning. It was last used two days prior before the cleaning. When I press the power button, the fans operate normally and the monitor displays "check video cable." My keyboard and mouse are unresponsive. This machine is my only one for college work. If anyone can assist me in resolving this issue, it would greatly ease my academic tasks. My specifications: CPU: Intel Xeon E3 1271 V3 GPU: AMD HD Radeon 7000 RAM: 16GB (1600MHz) DDR3 Motherboard: Gigabyte h81m-ds2v CPU cooler: id-cooling xt 214 se argb Storage devices: 1TB HDD, 300GB HDD, 128GB SSD Video of my PC Photos of my PC Thread: 'No POST', "system won't boot", and "no video output" troubleshooting checklist https://forums."

Welcome to the forums, newcomer! You haven't provided the make, model, and age of the PSU. Checking the CPU support list on the motherboard, the processor is compatible with BIOS version F4 and newer. Could you share the BIOS version listed on the motherboard's barcode?

I believe my GPU only supports DVI output. I'm using a DVI to VGA converter since my monitor lacks a DVI port.

I don't have the motherboard box. I received this prebuilt from a local shop. From what I understand, I never updated my BIOS or modified any settings in the BIOS. It was running with default configurations. I don't know which BIOS version is installed by default. Regarding the PSU, it seems to be a low-quality Chinese product from that person. If you can share a photo of the PSU, that would be helpful.

Uncertain about the condition inside the box, but it's in disarray. Several motherboard screws are absent, the GPU isn't secured at the rear, and the power supply is outdated. When did you purchase this system over ten years old?

I haven't opened the front or back panel since purchasing this pc from a local shop. I only opened it 3 to 4 days ago after cleaning it with an air blower. The condition of the machine is similar to what it looks like now. I didn't touch anything other than checking the help guide, which didn't assist me. I bought it about 7 to 8 months ago.
