Removed the cooler from the CPU, sorry. Next, unlatch the CPU clip—the lever you use to secure it. Lift the frame holding the CPU. If it's flat in the socket or holder, everything is fine. Then re-clip it and install the cooler again.
To begin, ensure you have an HDMI display connected via its port, page 17, port D. Next, connect the SSD, processor, long power cable, and the CPU power connector located on the top edge of the motherboard. Also, include a HDMI connector on the panel, along with a keyboard and a mouse. Once everything is set up, attempt to power it up.
Can you simply disconnect the GPU and connect the HDMI to the motherboard to test functionality?
I think the motherboard might not be suitable. I would return it to the supplier for a replacement or refund.
The project has been streamlined—processor, RAM, and motherboard are all included. There’s nothing left to cause issues.
