Now I rely on Windows Defender with Malwarebytes. I use Waterfox with adblock and basic caution, and I’ve never caught a virus on my PC. Just avoid unfamiliar or untrusted websites—it’s straightforward.
I just installed the malwarebytes trial for a scan. Logic usually prevents viruses, so you probably don’t require it running all the time.
