I've recently replaced many parts and still can't figure out why video isn't displaying. The build details are as follows: CPU, i7-10700; motherboard, ASRock H470M-ITX; RAM, two 16GB sticks from a Lenovo prebuilt unit; storage, one 1TB Samsung 970 EVO Plus; GPU, 3070 Founders Edition; cooler, ML240L V2; case, Lian Li A4 H20 (Gen 4 PCIe riser); power supply, Cooler Master SFX Gold ATX 3.0 850W. The issue started when I moved components from a working prebuilt Lenovo system—specifically the CPU, RAM, storage, and an Intel Wi-Fi 6 module. I needed a used motherboard to fit the i7 processor since no new LGA1200 options were available in ITX. When powering on, fans spin up and the cooler's RGB lights change color, suggesting the board is active but not outputting video. I've tested the 3070 with both HDMI and DisplayPort on two monitors, which work, and I've tried using it as an iGPU in the CPU, but still no success. I also removed the CMOS battery during the Wi-Fi card swap, fearing it might reset the BIOS. Tomorrow I hope to install one of those four-pin speakers for the motherboard, but right now I'm focusing on troubleshooting without them.

Have you attempted to clear, clean your RAM, reinstall it, and then restart your system?
