I chose to replace my HDMI cable, checked its length, and changed the connector positions. Switched the GPU port to the monitor port and vice versa. After some time, not seeing any image, I went back. Eventually, I got the motherboard and Windows logos loading, but then the screen turned black. Tried Arch Linux and managed to view the image—though I couldn’t log in because I lost my password. Any suggestions on how to resolve this? P.S.: The system is definitely starting, and my Bluetooth headphones are connecting immediately after the black screen appears. Updated: Acquired a second PC and swapped the monitors. The first PC displayed the picture on its first monitor, while the second had no signal on the first. I’ll attempt a Linux boot later to check further. Edited March 16, 2025 by thedarkuspirit
If it runs smoothly on Linux, does that mean you have a Windows live CD or USB drive available for repair? Experts are expected soon to assist.
I encountered an unusual problem when I swapped in a cable, only to discover it wasn’t as high quality as expected. All my settings seemed to get affected negatively, which didn’t make much sense. Still worth checking out.

You might have a non-functional monitor. It seems the issue is that the single display isn't connected to the PC at all, no matter the cable used.
