You'd benefit from the updated board. I’d retain the existing one only if it leads to issues. For most scenarios, Gen 4 offers little advantage in terms of performance.

Yes, if you enjoy building computers. No, if you do not. With a new board, you have to basically rebuild the entire machine. There isn't any benefit to a new board, as you don't show anything that needs it.
