So far, many users have noticed problems after the Creator's Update, like icons popping up or shifting unexpectedly, and gaps forming between the bottom icons and the taskbar unless you adjust their size. I’m experiencing these issues even after fresh installs, which are making it harder to use normally. Has Microsoft mentioned any plans for a fix? Also, another frustrating issue occurs when deleting desktop icons—taskbar icons briefly blink or refresh. This has been noticeable since the Anniversary Update.
It occurs unexpectedly or after launching the PC or working in File Explorer. I don’t like Windows 10; I prefer my laptop instead. (I’ve already set up Windows 10 multiple times, so any OS should be fine without needing such frequent changes)
It also occurs during startup, roughly 1 to 2 minutes after turning on. It gives everything a very unprofessional and broken appearance, even though it's just a visual issue. Yes, I've had to reinstall Windows 10 several times. I'm currently on my sixth reinstall this year.
It seems unlikely a firm with significant resources would prioritize such concerns. Still, I thought collective experiences might drive meaningful change.
