Hello, I'm new to gaming again and have been playing Unity-based titles like Escape From Tarkov and My Summer Car. I've noticed that after the latest updates—especially on EFT—these games are running slower on my laptop (i5-8265u, 8GB RAM). I used to achieve around 60-65 FPS, but now I'm struggling to hit even 15 FPS. I last played these games a bit before the end of last year. I've heard that Unity applications tend to use a lot of RAM because it renders everything at once rather than just what's visible, which can put a lot of memory pressure. Is this accurate? Does Unity really depend heavily on RAM?
