Are you sure the fTPM is activated in the BIOS? Is your BIOS the latest version for your motherboard?

The fTPM is activated, but the BIOS refuses to update using the flash drive because it identifies the file as incompatible. After inserting the CAP file, this issue persists.

Before using the USB BIOS Flashback tool, rename the BIOS file (TGB650EW.CAP) with BIOSRenamer.
