I own a GIGABYTE B650M AORUS Elite AX with a Ryzen 7600x RTX 4070ti, Corsair RMx 850w, AK620 cooler, and a CorSAIR Vengeance NVMe 2x16GB SSD. I'm looking for a Thunderbolt card that fits this configuration.

Thunderbolt belongs to Intel, therefore the response to your query is no.

Thunderbolt works with AMD motherboards for nearly five years now. The compatibility hinges on the specific Thunderbolt Add-In Card and the motherboard it connects to. Remember, a Thunderbolt header must be present on your motherboard for the card to function properly.

I’ve been updated recently, having returned to tech last year, which means I might have overlooked some details before.

I confirmed my setup has a Thunderbolt port. I was searching for a Thunderbolt card but many users face issues with AMD. I’m considering the ASUS ThunderboltEX 4 paired with Intel® Thunderbolt™ 4 JHL 8540 Controller.

If it has a connector, there's a chance it'll work. I'd recommend making sure your BIOS is on the most recent version, and checking compatibility with as many Thunderbolt AICs as you can, and finding the one that looks the most compatible.
