NOTICE: Uncertain about where to share this. Mods are welcome to adjust as needed. Seeking 8.1 version but with limited funds after purchasing my PC. Noticed others discussing this on forums like Reddit. Has anyone purchased it? Is it genuine or not? How quickly do they sell? Another point—when buying from the seller, do I need to follow specific steps? I’d appreciate any video guidance.

After generating a bootable USB with the ISO, turn on your PC and choose the correct boot device. It will start loading as though you were installing from a physical disc.

Absolutely, it's typically a fast and secure procedure I'd strongly support.

They demonstrated two approaches. (The text mentions using fs=ntfs quickly while the video suggests a different command.) This difference might be due to the operating systems—Windows 7 and Windows 8.1. No worries, just trying to understand!

I attempted to use the Mushkin 60GB USB 3.0, but Windows didn’t allow a bootable drive to form. I changed to an 8GB USB and it functioned properly.

Yes, you may need to adjust the boot order in BIOS even after installing a new USB drive on a fresh computer. The installation process typically sets the USB as the primary boot device, but you can still verify and change it if needed during setup.

It's fine if it's FAT32, even if I didn't have it in that format.
