I'll start using CPUID HWMonitor and observe the max column. I expect to see very high frequencies there. Here are some images I captured: 5802 MHz, 5580 MHz, 5580, 5441, 4784. If these readings seem off, might this be contributing to the instability I've experienced for nearly a year?
