Hello! Your setup includes a strong RX 5600 XT and an Intel Core i3-10100. This should handle most tasks smoothly, but if you notice performance issues, consider upgrading the CPU or adding more RAM for better efficiency.

1080p might be possible in certain rare cases because it's a 4-core 8-thread processor with a relatively low clock speed. It isn't essential, but I'd consider upgrading to at least an i5 or i7 from the same generation (10 and 11 series).

I'd like to identify any slowdowns on a device I've never encountered, without knowing its intended purpose.

Unlikely, likely just another automated system draining your resources quickly.

Every computer has a limitation, and identifying which one matters depends on analyzing how the system uses resources during your work. Just checking the machine’s behavior without real tasks won’t show where the issue lies.

your cpu might be slowing everything down. if the game is very CPU-heavy—like in citiesConfusedkylines with a large city—you’ll always be using the cpu, or you can boost performance by adding more visual effects to stay within frame limits.
