Hey everyone, I was using the insider program on an old laptop I still have. After the latest Windows 10 release, it runs so slow and laggy, even for simple tasks. For instance, opening a folder on the desktop can take up to 30 seconds. I think this is why I’m considering leaving, since there are more features and updates now that I don’t need. Even if it doesn’t solve the problem, I’d rather stop using it. Do you know if there’s a way to remove myself from the Windows Insider Program?

Inside Windows Update, there are some options I think you might know. It seems you could disable them there, probably under the settings menu, and there should be a way to postpone updates by going below that section.
