Can you disable these options? It’s really frustrating because the Steam sales now only display a few games instead of offering many good deals.

The items with bold boxes on the store homepage are special daily or multi-day offers with larger discounts than their regular prices. You can view a full list of games on sale using this link: http://store.steampowered.com/search/?specials=1&os=win and adjust your search terms as needed.
