I’m planning to purchase a Ryzen 5 3600. The best price I’ve found is $184.95 on DIYPC, which claims free shipping and no taxes. Since I’m new to them, I’d like to know more about their products before deciding.

I understand it isn't much, but any lower price (166 is the lowest I've seen) is currently unavailable. The next best option is a platform with many negative reviews, and unless I visit eBay to look for a used one, I'd rather not. Unless you can locate a cheaper deal on a reputable site.

They no longer list it for that price. I purchased it from Best Buy, but you might find better deals if you apply any coupons.

I purchased it at Walmart for $174 plus taxes. The final cost with the 2-year protection plan was $208.07. Regardless of the option, I aimed to stay under $200. This was better than the $166 price from Newegg, which was out of stock.

It's 175 on Newegg. I prefer purchasing from a verified eBay seller using PayPal rather than other unknown platforms. Protection plans aren't worth the cost.

The decision wasn<|pad|>, not during the transaction. Walmart isn’t a hidden platform. With a warranty option, I’m guaranteed a refund or replacement without any questions.
