I completed a thorough clean of my PC, and when I powered it up, the RGB colors I had configured remained unchanged even after removing the RGB software. I’m curious—was the format not applied correctly, or are the motherboard, GPU, or fans still retaining their settings? Since my peripherals changed colors, I ended up reinstalling Razer Synapse to fine-tune things.

Typically, most boards maintain the same RGB configurations I adjust, which probably explains the outcome.

Peripherals typically don't save RGB configurations in internal memory, which means they lose those settings when power is removed. The main factor maintaining the color is the operating system software. (Applies to most systems, including yours.) Some motherboards or RGB equipment can transfer the RGB configuration to an EEPROM, though

Relies on the device and configuration. For many people this is typical. Most of my motherboards include built-in memory where settings are saved for this reason. Some peripherals, like mice, can function either way. I generally configure my mice to use the onboard memory, ensuring compatibility with Linux (where I mostly work) and other PCs without requiring additional software. Your setup likely worked fine. No concerns here. Appears to be standard behavior.
