I understand MSAA and FXAA are still problematic. MSAA 4 looks a bit better but isn’t perfect. My CPU is an i3 4150, but I’m planning to upgrade to an i5 4460 soon—will that help? YOU’RE ABSOLUTELY NOT HEARD! And MSAA is completely off.

The CPU doesn't influence the quality of AA. It might impact the speed at which it applies the coating, though the GPU usually manages that process.

An i5 can assist, but irregular patterns tend to relate more to the GPU. Still, a quad-core processor will make a big difference in GTA V. That could explain why the GPU helps too.

The AA in this game is quite poor, I consistently experience jags regardless of the adjustments I make.

Who is this person really? It seems someone is making a big deal about 960 and 280X, but MSAA is completely disabled!

The game leans more toward green than red. I noticed it appears slightly less sharp on my 290X compared to my 780 Ti when both ran at the same settings, regardless of frame rate. Both our CPUs perform similarly.

The focus is solely on the GPU, and indeed GTA5 AA is quite poor. You need to push it to the limit to eliminate the artifacts.
