I might have made a mistake. I purchased a 10100f expecting a stock cooler, but PCPartPicker didn’t mention it. At the time I assumed it was fine, though I recall reading that k and f versions didn’t come with coolers. Should I buy one separately or is it okay?

You receive the regular Intel cooler. If you bought a new one, that's confirmed.
