Purchase two 16GB DDR5 modules. DDR5 performs better with 8GB sticks, but it can still support speeds up to 6000Mhz. The CPU references JDEC specifications for RAM, while the motherboard indicates the maximum speed your board can achieve.

5200 should work fine, yet gaming RAM typically starts at 4800. HUB's test used 6400, but I wouldn't be sure it applies to every board or CPU.
