It seems to be a small amount of dust—just clean it away. If it isn’t dust, it looks okay.

The worst it can do is stop the main process and/or CPU, which isn’t something you need to be overly concerned about. If it functions properly, that’s probably all that matters. ¯\_ (ツ) _/¯
