MSI once offered a BIOS version compatible with 5XXX public for about a year, but it was removed and I can't locate it now. Additionally, it didn't support G APU models at all. That's all I have left of it.

It's odd they did it that way. Today a B350 can handle 5800X3D, which is what my B350M supports—though I still got a B550M for more VRAM.
