Checking recent announcements, the 10th Gen Intel mobile processors haven't been officially released yet, and no OEMs have launched them in any form.

The initial designs are launching on the market. For instance, products like MBAir, HP, and Lenovo are available. HOWEVER: Hold off a bit for more Ryzen4xxx mobile chips. It seems they’ll surpass the 10th generation Intel.

Excluding Intel, even critics aren't allowed to share their opinions just yet (initial assessments appear before items are available)

The picture shows what appears to be a 10th generation i5 sticker. Intel has officially confirmed these models, so this update isn't significant. By the 10th gen, 45W H series chips are available, along with lower power options and 10nm quad-core processors for sale.

Yes, some laptops now feature CPUs such as i7-10710U and i5-1035G7 for about a couple of months. Ice Lake and Comet Lake represent the latest 10th generation U/G series.
