Hello, I'm assembling a new PC and have completed the configuration. It still won't start. The motherboard is ASUS TUF Gaming B650-PLUS, the CPU is AMD Ryzen 5 7600x, RAM is G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo RGB with 32GB, the GPU is GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 3060, and the PSU is ASUS TUF Gaming 850W Gold. When I power it on, a yellow LED flashes and the system halts immediately. However, using either RAM stick works fine. I've tried almost everything so please assist!

The RAM in the PC is present when you start it. The RAM you use depends on whether you're using the new build or an older one. If you want more memory, make sure your power supply can handle it; otherwise, your power supply might not be sufficient.

Power on using a single stick, update the BIOS to the newest version, attempt again with both sticks. Verify they fit the slots suggested by the maker.
